If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item within 21 days after your order date. When returning for a refund, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Once your return is recieved and inspected we will refund the purchase price of the item within 5-10 days. Any shipping fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable. Returns made after the 21 day period will not be accpeted.
If returning a merch item (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and tote bags), please contact us through our contact page first to evaluate your return. These items are produced and fullfilled by a separate facility and your return could be handled in a few different ways depending on the circumstances of your return. The 21 day time period stated above applies to these items as well.
